Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your elected benefits. You can add or drop coverage, make changes to your covered dependents, or enroll or re-enroll in a healthcare or dependent care flexible spending account (FSA). Important – flexible spending accounts do not auto renew each you and require a new election during open enrollment to participate no exceptions.
All open enrollment elections are effective January 1, 2025
This is a PASSIVE open enrollment. If you don’t plan to participate in a flexible spending account (FSA) for healthcare or dependent care AND you don’t plan to make any other changes to your benefits, there is no action required. All open enrollment elections must be made by 11:59pm PST Wednesday, November 27th.

- Employee dependent contributions are slightly increasing this year, with Kaiser of WA remaining the same. Please visit this page to view the 2025 contributions.
- ARAG Legal has enhanced its coverage for 2025, therefore the cost for this benefit has slightly increased.
- No changes to plan deductibles, copays or coinsurance.
- The IRS limits for Healthcare FSA and Dependent Care FSA will increase in 2025. Please visit this page for details.
- GLP-1 Rx coverage will be added to both Kaiser CA & WA plans in 2025.
- Personal coaching will be available through our Concern EAP in 2025, offering 4 30-minute coaching sessions per year.

If you are enrolling dependents, you will need their SSN and date of birth.
