Instructions for tuition reimbursement are posted under the blue drop down to the right. The student loan repayment program is through the Tuition.io platform and, you’ll find those instructions on the “Learning Choice Guideline” document linked below and/or under the blue drop down.
Learning Choice is a Sana-funded educational support program that allows participants the choice to apply up to the annual allowance towards tuition reimbursement for eligible educational opportunities. In addition, participants have the option to apply a portion of the annual allowance for repayment of their own existing student loan debt.
Annual Allowance Limits
Participants have the following choices to allocate the Learning Choice annual maximum allowance of $4,000:
- Apply up to $2,000 towards an existing student loan
- Use the full $4,000 for tuition reimbursement
- Split the maximum allowance by using $2,000 towards a student loan and $2,000 towards tuition reimbursement
