Mental Health at Sana


We believe that mental health is preventive health. How we feel emotionally and mentally can, and often, impacts all areas of life. While we want everyone to always feel good, we know, especially after the past few years, that’s not always the case. At Sana, we have many resources to support your emotional and mental wellbeing. Remember, you don’t need to be in crisis to tend to your emotional and mental health. Sometimes just speaking to someone unbiased to bounce something off of can be comforting, validating, and helpful.

It can be hard to know where to start! Start here to view Sana’s Mental Health Guide that provides a clear overview listing each benefit, carrier, and when you may use each. You can find individual portal pages for each vendor by accessing the page under the “Using Your Benefits” header at the top of this site.

In addition to programs and coverage, we offer monthly health and wellness sessions along with a monthly theme we focus on. Those dates and information are posted on the Sana Connect Wellness page where we update the offerings monthly.
