Eligibility & Enrollment
Employee Eligibility
Active regular full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits.
Dependent Eligibility
- Your legal spouse or domestic partner;
- Your dependent children (including stepchildren and legally adopted children) up to age 26;
- Dependent children of any age who are incapable of self-support due to a disability
When and How You Can Enroll
New hires have 30 days from their hire date to enroll in benefits. Benefits are effective on the date of hire. Although new hire employees have 30 days to enroll in benefits, it’s a great week 1 action item. From submitting benefit elections to receiving new ID cards can take up to 10 business days.
Current employees can make enrollment changes during the annual Open Enrollment period (typically in the Fall) with a January 1st effective date.
Qualifying Life Events
If a qualifying life event occurs outside the normal annual open enrollment period, you have 30 days to make changes to your elected benefits. If you have one of the below-qualified status changes during the year, please contact Total Rewards at totalrewards@sana.com within thirty (30) days of the family status change.
Qualifying events include (but aren't limited to):
- Marriage or divorce
- Change in spouse/domestic partner employment status
- Birth or adoption of a child
Benefit Enrollment System
All enrollments are completed on the ADP WorkForce Now.
All benefit elections are made in which can be accessed directly here or through the tile on the Sana Okta Homepage. If you are having trouble logging into ADP, you can use the reset ID/password link.

If you are enrolling dependents, you will need their SSN and date of birth.
