Sana's vision plan gives you the freedom to see any provider using the VSP Choice network. Keep in mind, that you can save a significant amount if you choose a VSP network provider — plus they’ll handle all the paperwork for you.
If you had VSP prior to joining Sana, your next covered exam will be 12 months from your last appointment even if that appointment was at your previous employer.
Most providers accept VSP, but it’s smart to double check on the VSP website to find an in-network doctor. VSP does not provide ID cards which means your provider will confirm your coverage using your SSN and Sana.
