Cell Phone Reimbursement

We’re all working hard and in a different way.  We realize you may use your personal cell phone for Sana work.  Therefore, if you are using your cell phone for emails and calls for work, Sana will reimburse you up to $130 per month for individual personal cell phone expenses. This reimbursement applies to cell phone service only and not the cost of a phone.

To be reimbursed for eligible expenses, submit an expense report via Concur for your specific cell phone and data usage, and follow the guidelines found in Sana’s Travel & Expense Policy.

If you have not set up a profile in the Concur system, you will need to do so prior to submitting an expense report. Directions on how to set up your profile can be found under the blue drop down to the right. If you have any questions about expense reports please contact accountspayable@sana.com
