Welcome to Open Enrollment 2025

Annual open enrollment will be held November 18 – December 5. This is the time when you can review your benefit options and make your elections for the upcoming year. 

This is an ACTIVE enrollment. Please note that your current benefits will not roll over to 2025, so you must make new benefit elections for 2025. Quanta uses Fidelity’s NetBenefits site for benefits enrollment.

Current Kaiser participants: please note, only those currently enrolled in Kaiser will be eligible to enroll in Kaiser for the 2025 plan year. To enroll in Kaiser and ARAG Legal plan, use the Workterra portal. 

The 2025 Quanta Employee Benefits Guide is a comprehensive resource that provides all the necessary information about the employee benefits offered by Quanta in 2025. This guide is always accessible online at Fidelity NetBenefits, the online portal where you will make your Quanta benefits elections.

The Quanta Benefits Center is available to answer CEI employee questions about Quanta benefits, assist with mid-year benefit changes, confirm eligibility, answer COBRA questions, order ID cards, and handle claims and appeals. 

The Quanta Benefits Center is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, Central Standard Time, by calling 1-800-835-5095.

Medical/Rx Plan Guidance with the Health Advocacy Line

You have access to health advocates from Quanta’s medical plan administrator, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX), via phone (877) 269-1182. BCBSTX advocates can help with:

• Answering general questions about medical benefits options
• Providing research on specific conditions and how they are covered in each plan
• Providing information on specific medications and how they are covered in each plan
• Providing information on transition of care
• Determining whether your current doctor is in one of the new plans
• Finding a new doctor participating in the BCBSTX network
• Understanding how the health advocacy team can help you navigate your new medical plan once enrolled
