Each week, employees nominate GoFundMe campaigns that move or inspire them. The GoFundMe Givesback Committee then selects and donates ~$25,000 each Tuesday to qualifying campaigns that make a big difference in someone's life so that every Tuesday is Giving Tuesday!

From guest speakers to share their expertise on various topics, to internal brown bag sessions led by teams across the company to share their work/expertise, the L&D team is dedicated to spreading the spirit of continuous learning and professional development!

While we are dedicated to the mission of inspiring hope & changing lives through giving, we also know when we need some down time to disconnect, decompress, and spend quality time with ourselves and/or our family. Below is an overview of GoFundMe's paid time off policies.
- 11 days paid holidays annually + 1 floating holiday
- Discretionary time off policy for exempt employees
- Tiered accrual policy for nonexempt employees:
- 17 days per year for 0-3 years
- 20 days per year for 3+ years of service (rollover up to 25.5 days)
- 3 days of paid volunteer/charity days per year
- 15 paid sick/mental health/personal days per year
- 9 weeks of fully paid baby bonding leave + additional 9 weeks fully paid for birthing parents
