The Legence 401(k) Plan is administered by ADP and offers a variety of investment options. You will be automatically enrolled into the Plan and a voluntary elective contribution of 4% will be deducted from your pay pre-tax and deposited into your retirement account. You can decline enrollment through My.ADP.com or the ADP Mobile Solutions App.

401(k) Fast Facts

  • You are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan on the first of the month following your date of hire.
  • In 2024, you may contribute up to 100% of your compensation up to the IRS maximum of $23,000.
  • If you are age 50 or over, you can make “catch-up” contributions up to $1,000.
