Professional Memberships


Employees are encouraged to participate in and continue their professional development while employed by P2S LP. The Company will sponsor, where beneficial to the Company and employee, memberships in job-related professional organizations. When approved by an employee’s supervisor, the Company will pay the dues for the employee’s professional organizations.  P2S LP will cover membership renewals on a 1-year basis. Memberships requiring longer than a 1-year commitment will require additional manager approval. Approvals must be submitted through the company’s HRIS, BambooHR. Voluntary contributions and late fees on memberships are not reimbursable.

Exams, Certifications, and Licenses

P2S LP encourages employee growth and development, and employees are encouraged to obtain licenses, certifications, etc. that relate directly with their position.  P2S LP will reimburse the cost of a single attempt for certifications, licenses, etc. If a non-passing score for licenses or certifications, P2S LP will not reimburse the cost of retakes.
