Adoption Services


The Company offers reimbursement to eligible employees of up to $3,000 in expenses directly related to the adoption of a child under 18, who is not a stepchild, with a maximum of two adoptions per family ($6,000). An eligible employee is one that meets the following criteria: full-time regular status and a minimum of one year of continuous service. Each employee is responsible for the consequences.

Eligible expenses may include agency fees, legal fees, medical expenses for the birth mother and child, transportation, and lodging.  For additional information, please reference the P2S LP Employee Handbook, The Code, Section 4.6 Adoption Assistance.
