Benefits are an important part of your total compensation here at P2S LP, and we are proud to offer you a comprehensive benefits program. The P2S LP benefit plans are designed to offer you flexibility and choice. You can tailor your benefits to meet your individual needs. Annually we review the benefits program to ensure it effectively aligns with the company's financial objectives and is competitive with market practices while remaining cost effective for you and your family.
P2S LP offers a broad range of benefits for you and your family.
- Employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for P2S LP Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability benefits. Your eligible dependents include spouse, domestic partner, and dependent children until age 26.
- Benefits coverage for newly eligible employees begins on the first of the month following your date of hire. The benefits plan year is June 1 through May 31. You can enroll or make changes to your existing benefits during the annual Open Enrollment period typically held in April.
- During the plan year, you can only make changes if you experience a Qualifying Event such as marriage, divorce or spouse’s termination of employment. You can enroll or make changes to your benefits within 30 days of the event date. If applicable, please visit our online enrollment system, Paylocity.
