CrowdStreet regularly reviews benefits, programs, and perks to create a comprehensive package that gives you and your family access to the right resources to thrive. We are happy to present to you your benefits effective January 1, 2025. Please read everything on this page to make sure you have all the information you need to make the right elections for you and your loved ones. 

2025 Highlights

While we are committed to keeping employee costs to a minimum, due to continually rising medical costs, current plans with employee contributions will increase slightly. 

Open enrollment will be active this year. This means we require all employees to login to review, enroll, or waive all benefit coverages before November 26.

The deductible for the Aetna HSA plan is increasing to $3,300 for individuals and $6,600 for family.
    • Aetna's provider directory can be accessed at Aetna.com.
    • CrowdStreets HSA contribution will remain $600 for an individual and $1,200 for families.
There will be no changes to the Guardian dental, vision, life, disability, EAP or voluntary benefits plans. 
    • Guardian's dental provider list can be accessed at www.Guardianlife.com. Click on “Find A Provider” and choose "PPO"
    • The Guardian vision plan will continue to utilize the VSP network. Register at VSP.com to find a participating provider.
Navia Benefits Solutions will continue to be our Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account administrator.

Health Savings Account Limit: The maximum contribution is increasing to $4,300 for individuals and $8,550 for families. Employees over the age of 55 can contribute an extra $1,000 "catch up" contribution.

Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Limit: The limit is increasing to $3,300. The FSA Carryover limit is increasing to $660.
