HOW YOU WORK
HOW YOU WORK
We provide all of our employees with a $100 monthly stipend to use for your home office needs or support how you choose to commute to the office. For new employees, their first stipend amount will be set to $500 for initial home office setup.
PARENTAL LEAVE
We provide a paid 12 week parental leave to support our employees and their growing families and allow our employees to take time away from work to bond with a new child.
