Leave Request 


CrowdStreet has partnered with Newfront to assist with requests for certain circumstances such as:

  • Time off to due to your own illness or injury;
  • Time off to care for an ill or injured family member;
  • Time off due to your pregnancy/pregnancy disability;
  • Time off to bond with the newest addition to your family;
  • Time off for military leave; or
  • Request for accommodation, such as an adjustment to a job or work environment, in order to perform the duties of your job.

A leave of absence may be paid or unpaid. For general information regarding your employer’s policies and/or external benefits that may be available to help offset lost income while you are out on a leave of absence, please see the Leave of Absence Guide under Resources & Forms.

Request a Leave of Absence or an Accommodation

You may submit a leave of absence, or an accommodation request, any time within the Employee Self Service portal (ESS) via desktop or mobile device. If using your mobile device, a QR code is available.

When a request has been submitted, a Newfront Consultant will contact you to directly initiate an introductory call.

Why register now? An unexpected leave of absence can occur at any time. Register now so you have access to your account when you need it most.

To begin the Employee Self Service account registration, open a browser then navigate to https://crowdstreet.ess-absencetracker.com/Login or scan the QR code in the Leave of Absence Guide (or below).

Reference the Guide for details on how to register your account, log-in and submit a request.

Helpful Tip. We recommend registering with your personal email in the event you do not have access to your work email while out on a leave of absence.
