Long Term Disability (LTD)


If you become sick or injured and cannot work, disability insurance helps to protect your income while you recover. 

Executive Management employees are automatically enrolled in Long Term Disability which is paid for in full by Santa Clara VTA through New York Life.

Administrative employees are eligible to enroll in one of the three LTD plan options through New York Life - premium is paid for by the employee.
