Welcome to 2026 Annual Enrollment

Annual open enrollment will take place October 15 - November 12, 2025. This is your once-a-year opportunity to update your health plans, add or remove dependents, change your annual Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) enrollments.

The Kaiser medical plan will end effective 1/1/2026.  Please take this time to explore the options available to you under Quanta’s Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), and contact their Health Advocacy line at (877) 269-1182 to help with transition of care.

Enrollment in any of Quanta’s plans will be completed using Fidelity’s NetBenefits website.  

Enrollment in the ARAG Legal plan will be completed in Workterra.

You have access to health advocates from Quanta’s medical plan administrator, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX), via phone (877) 269-1182. BCBSTX advocates can help with:

• Answering general questions about medical benefit options
• Providing research on specific conditions and how they are covered in each plan
• Providing information on specific medications and how they are covered in each plan
• Providing information on transition of care
• Finding a new doctor participating in the BCBSTX network
