Medical
Ursus, Inc. offers a group medical benefit program to qualified core employees who have met the stipulated waiting period. Ursus, Inc. pays 50% of the cost of employee only coverage.


Dental, Vision, Voluntary Term Life
Ursus, Inc. offers a variety of dental, vision and life insurance options contracted through Principal. This coverage will also become effective first of the month following 60 days.

401k Matching
Once the employee has been on assignment for at least 90 days, an email will be sent to the employee, from TAG (TransAmerica Group), to enroll in the 401k Plan. If the employee enrolls and contribute to the 401K Plan, Ursus, Inc. will make a Safe Harbor Matching Contribution equal to 100% on the first 3% of the employee’s eligible earnings that are deferred as an Elective Deferral. Ursus, Inc. will also match an additional 50% on the next 2% of the employee’s eligible earnings that are deferred as an Elective Deferral. A 401k introductory booklet
