Life and Disability
Ursus, Inc. offers life and disability insurance options contracted through Principal. This coverage will also become effective the first of the month following date of hire.
401k Matching
Once the employee has been on assignment for at least 90 days, an email will be sent to the employee, from ADP, to enroll in the 401k Plan. If the employee enrolls and contribute to the 401K Plan, Ursus, Inc. will make a Safe Harbor Matching Contribution equal to 100% on the first 3% of the employee’s eligible earnings that are deferred as an Elective Deferral. Ursus, Inc. will also match an additional 50% on the next 2% of the employee’s eligible earnings that are deferred as an Elective Deferral. A 401k introductory booklet will be included in your welcome package.
