Voluntary Legal Plan
Having to deal with legal issues can be time consuming and complicated. Swinerton gives you the option to purchase legal coverage through MetLaw. You will have access to unlimited telephone and office consultations for eligible legal services, including:

The cost of the voluntary legal plan is $18.15 per month. The cost will be deducted from your paycheck on an after-tax basis and once you enroll, you must remain in the plan for the entire Plan Year.

Identity Theft Protection

Swinerton has partnered with Allstate Identity Protection to provide a comprehensive identity theft/protection plan to help protect against identity fraud and handle things for you if it occurs. Members receive protection services including proprietary identity monitoring, 24/7-member support, lost wallet protection and reimbursement for stolen funds.
