Countdown to Open Enrollment
For 2025, Open Enrollment is an Active enrollment year!
Unlike past years where existing healthcare benefit elections automatically carried over, unless you made a change, Active Open Enrollment requires you to re-select your benefits for 2026.
Employees who wish to keep their existing coverage for the following benefit plans must take action to avoid losing coverage in 2026:
- Medical
- Dental
- Vision
- Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Healthcare FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA

Active Open Enrollment gives everyone an opportunity to review their current elections, understand options available to them and make informed decisions that align with their current needs.
Yes. If you wish to have your eligible dependents covered for the 2026 plan year, you must re-enroll them during Open Enrollment.
If you enroll a dependent as part of Open Enrollment, be prepared to complete the dependent eligibility verification process by providing acceptable documentation showing proof of relationship. Instructions for completing the dependent eligibility verification process will be communicated Post-Open Enrollment.
IMPORTANT! – If you wish to continue coverage for 2026 and do not take action during Active Open Enrollment, you and any eligible dependents will lose existing Medical, Dental, Vision and/or spending or savings account coverage at the end of 2025. Once coverage has been cancelled, you will be unable to re-enroll until the next Open Enrollment period. *
If you are ineligible for or are planning to waive all healthcare benefit plan options for 2026, you are not required to take action to maintain voluntary coverage enrollments or other employer-sponsored benefits. However, we do still encourage you to access your Open Enrollment benefit event in Workday and review all options available as current needs may have changed.
Employees will have from October 13th until November 9th at 11:59 p.m. PST to re-enroll themselves and eligible dependents for the 2026 plan year.
