Employee Assistance Program 


From time to time, we all need a little support or someone to talk to. Swinerton’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), through Concern, offers 24/7 confidential services to help our employees and their families balance the demands of work, life and personal issues. Services include but are not limited to:

  • In-Person, Telephone and Video Counseling
    Concern offers assessment, crisis intervention, referrals, and confidential short term counseling for help with personal issues. Up to 10 visits, per issue, per year with a skilled Concern counselor for help with relationships, emotional distress, academic challenges, job stress, communication conflict, and more.

  • Online Therapy
    Secure web-based technology gives you the flexibility to access your counselor from anywhere at any time. Concern offers more ways to connect with a dedicated counselor via phone, live chat and text.

  • Parenting and Child Care Services
    Referrals available to quality providers for a variety of services, including family day care, infant centers and preschools, adoption assistance, before/after school care, In-home childcare, school/college assistance and more.

  • Adult Care Resources
    Concern’s Adult Family Care resources are available to assist getting the right help and information to manage day-to-day challenges and enable aging family members to stay active and independent for as long as possible. Concern’s consultants can refer you to information and pre-screened local and national services, such as Medicare education, assisted living and skilled nursing, meals on wheels, home health services and more.
