MetLife Dental 

Swinerton recognizes the importance of having quality dental care. We offer two dental plan options through MetLife (available in all states except for Hawaii), to help create and maintain good oral health care. Both plans allow you to receive care from any dentist you choose. However, when you obtain care from a MetLife’s PDP Plus dentist, your out-of-pocket expenses are reduced.

Base Plan
This plan is fully employer paid and offers limited preventive, diagnostic and basic services. The plan also has a zero or minimal annual deductible.

Comprehensive Plan
In addition to the services offered as part of the Base Plan, the Comprehensive Plan also includes additional services for basic/major restorative services and orthodontia. Please note, orthodontia only covers children under the age of 21.
