Long Term Care
Cupertino provides employees* with a Long Term Insurance policy as a 100% covered benefit and offers three options for employees to buy‐up enhanced benefits through UNUM. Long Term Care is a range of services and supports you may need to meet your personal care needs. Most long‐term care is not medical care, but rather assistance with the basic personal tasks of everyday life, sometimes called Activities of Daily Living.*Employees hired prior to 10/2/2025 are eligible for the Long Term Care benefit.
