Welcome to 2027 Annual Enrollment

Annual open enrollment will take place October 28 - November 18, 2026. This is your once-a-year opportunity to update your health plans, add or remove dependents, change your annual Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) enrollments.

Enrollment in any of Quanta’s plans will be completed using Fidelity’s NetBenefits website.  

Enrollment in the ARAG Legal plan will be completed in Workterra. 

Logging into www.workterra.net:   

  • User ID: CEI Employee ID  
  • Password: Last 4 of SSN  
  • Company name:  cei   

The 2027 Quanta Employee Benefits guide is a comprehensive resource that provides all the necessary information about the employee benefits offered by Quanta in 2027. 

CEI's Supplemental Benefits Summary provides you with information about benefits offered only to CEI employees.

BCBS Health Advocacy Line

You have access to health advocates from Quanta’s medical plan administrator, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX), via phone (877) 269-1182. BCBSTX advocates can help with:

  • Answering general questions about medical benefit options
  • Providing research on specific conditions and how they are covered in each plan
  • Providing information on specific medications and how they are covered in each plan
  • Providing information on transition of care
  • Finding a new doctor participating in the BCBSTX network
