It’s Open Enrollment time!  Annual benefits Open Enrollment will run from October 31st to November 14th. Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to update your health plans, add or remove dependents, and change your annual H.S.A. and flexible spending account enrollments.

What Happens if I Do Nothing?

If you don’t actively enroll in benefits during Open Enrollment, your current selections will roll over for the upcoming year at the new rates, unless you have

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HC FSA)
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DC FSA)

  • United Healthcare (UHC) PPO and POS plan have minor changes. Review the POS Plan Change Comparison and the PPO Plan Change Comparison for details
  • United Healthcare (UHC) has mandated the HDHP HSA family member deductible be raised to $3,000 from $2,800
  • The $50 wellness credit has been discontinued, but in lieu of this contributions have been reduced
  • New Contributions are now based on three different salary bands: <$75k, $75k-$125k, and >$125k
  • New $100 per quarter in your wellbeing wallet! This benefit will take the place of the $25 wellness stipend
  • New Carrot Fertility benefit to guide employees and their family on their fertility journey with a $5,000 benefit!
  • 2023 IRS Health Savings Account (HSA) maximums have increased to $3,850/individual and $7,750/family.
  • All remaining company-paid benefit offerings are remaining the same.
