Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to customize your set of health benefits and to add or drop eligible dependents from coverage. Any changes you make to your benefits during Open Enrollment will take effect on December 1, 2024.
What happens if I do nothing?
If you don't actively enroll in benefits during open enrollment, your current selections will roll over for the upcoming year at the new contributions, unless you have the following FSA plans which require re-enrollment:
- Medical Flexible Spending Account
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
- Slight change to your medical employee contributions
- Adding Nationwide Pet Insurance
- SPECIAL Voluntary Life Benefit Open Enrollment Opportunity
2024-2025 Employee cost based on 26 pay periods
