Exciting news! COMING SOON 8/1/24 Our new EAP will be with Concern

We are pleased to announce that effective August 1, the City of Burlingame will launch a new benefit from Concern, a recognized provider of innovative well-being services.  With the right blend of human connection, compassion, and technology, Concern focuses on emotional, financial, and social well-being to help employees and their dependents build resilience, learn new skills, and maintain a healthier, more satisfying life.

Concern’s comprehensive program inspires employees to begin and maintain their own personal well-being journey.  They help employees feel better and move forward in an uncertain and hyperconnected world.

Services include confidential access to counseling (including a First Responder Specialty panel for police and dispatch employees), parent coaching, legal and financial consultations, referrals for parenting, childcare, and adult family care resources, live and on-demand guided mindfulness solutions, and a robust digital self-help library.

This benefit is free to you and your dependents.  To learn more about Concern, check out this brief video overview at https://vimeo.com/625906404.

Concern is just a click or call away.  Once the program goes live on August 1, you will be able to visit the Concern website at employees.concernhealth.com.  Just use your company code Burlingame to access all of Concern’s resources and services, or call Concern’s Access Center at 800-344-4222 for personalized care.
