Our wellbeing reflects not only our physical health but also our emotional, financial, social, and spiritual grounding. My Health is designed to support your whole-person wellbeing while strengthening our shared culture and purpose.

My Health 2026 Rewards is designed to support you in prioritizing your wellbeing and living your purpose. While your inner drive is what truly sustains long-term growth, we know that a little extra encouragement can make it easier to take meaningful steps for yourself—and for your teammates. My Health rewards are designed to recognize your effort, celebrate your progress, and spark positive momentum.
In 2026, rewards follow a new quarterly payout model to create ongoing motivation and consistency. Team Members and spouses/registered domestic partners earn incentives by completing meaningful wellbeing actions.
Rewards are paid quarterly and added to your paycheck.

Lyra offers emotional well-being services for you and your eligible dependents, all at no cost to you. Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, are struggling in a relationship, or have a child who needs support, Lyra can help. Team members and their covered dependents are each entitled to receive up to 16 free sessions per year.
Lyra's services include:

We care about you and your family’s total health management— mental, emotional and physical. For that reason, we provide an Employee Assistance & Wellness Support Program at no cost to you. Services are provided through our carrier New York Life.
This service connects you with and advocate, who can help you assess your needs, develop a solution and connect you with community resources and online tools. Team members have three face-to-face sessions, per issue per year, with a Master's or PhD - level counselor, for various counseling services including but not limited to legal, financial, and work-life balance assistance.
Furthermore, the program allows you access to a certified well-being coach. Get one on one help with any personal challenges and physical issues you may face including, but not limited to, health and well-being issues such as burnout, time management and coping with stress. Team members have access to a well being coach telephonically for up to five sessions per year.
