VSP Vision

Swinerton provides two vision plan options through VSP (available in all states except for Hawaii), to help you care for your vision health. Both plans give you access to network providers at negotiated discount rates. When you see a VSP provider you’ll get the highest level of care, and the most out of your benefit with lower out-of-pocket costs, including a WellVision Exam®.

Base Plan
This plan allows you to receive vision care services from any provider. Your level of coverage is determined by your use of In-Network or Out-of-Network providers. When you access vision care from VSP network providers, most eligible services are fully covered after your copay.

Comprehensive Plan
In addition to the services offered as part of the Base Plan, the Comprehensive Plan includes an increased allowance for frames and lenses or contacts; additional covered services and increased frequency.
