HMSA Dental 

When you enroll in an HMSA medical plan, we provide you with dental coverage giving you access to affordable and comprehensive services to meet the needs of you and your family. You’ll have access to one of two Dental Plans.

HMSA Dental Network Program (HMO)
If you elect this program, any dental services you receive must be provided by an HMSA Dental Network Provider.

HMSA Participating Provider Dental Program (PPO)
You can use any licensed dentist you want, however, using a dentist in the HMSA Dental Provider Network will save you money and offer greater benefits. You can rollover up to $500 of unused benefits to the following calendar year providing that certain conditions are met.
