New Hires

Now is the time to make sure you have the benefits that are right for you and your family. Benefits elected during the enrollment period become effective on the first day of the month following 30 days of continuous employment.

Outside of enrollment as a new hire, Associates have the opportunity to make plan changes during the annual Open Enrollment period for the upcoming Benefit Program Plan Year that begins on January 1st

Last Call To Receive Your Wellness Incentives for 2024

Did you know that you and your spouse/domestic partner can earn up to $250 each, for a total of up to $500, in wellness incentives by participating in one of the HBC Cigna medical plans?

Wellness incentive contributions, made by HBC, will be made to your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) if you are enrolled in the Cigna PPO medical plan or into your Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) if you are enrolled in either the Choice Plus CDHP or Choice CDHP medical plans.
