New Hires

Women and Mental Health

March 8 is International Women’s Day. Visit HBC’s Emotional Wellbeing Solutions (EWS) partner, Optum, at www.liveandworkwell.com (Access Code: HBC), for resources on how you can help support the mental health and wellbeing of the women in your life through major life transitions and challenges.

Manager Podcast: Women face multiple stressors and distractions each day while working. These stressors can have a direct effect on a woman's mental health which in turn impacts performance and productivity. This month’s 15 minute podcast will bring awareness of the necessity for leaders to respond to the unique needs of women in the workplace.



Healthier Eating Gets Easier

You may already know a lot of the healthy-eating basics: look for colorful vegetables, choose lean proteins such as grilled chicken, fish, pork or tofu, use healthy fats such as olive and canola oil for cooking, or flavor foods with herbs and lemon instead of salt.

Cigna - Wellness Incentive

Did you know if you enrolled in one or more of the Cigna Voluntary Benefits for 2024, you and your enrolled dependents are each eligible to receive a $50 wellness incentive, per elected benefit. To be eligible, you need to complete a wellness treatment, health screening test, or preventive care service in 2024.
